You can request order cancellation easily through the order panel on our website, or by contacting us via email or phone.
Convenience fees apply when cancellations are initiated by the buyer:
2% of the order amount if cancelled before shipping.
5% of the order amount if cancelled after shipping.
If you modify your order after shipping, a 3% charge will apply; no charge for modifications before shipping.
If the order is cancelled by Laplife, the full amount including convenience fees will be refunded.
Refunds will be processed only after the product is returned in the same condition as it was shipped.
Convenience fees apply only when cancellations or modifications are initiated by the buyer.
Returns and refunds are accepted only if:
The laptop battery or adapter is delivered damaged or defective.
The wrong product was sent.
You must notify us within 3 days of delivery to report any issues and initiate a return or refund.
Products with opened seals cannot be returned unless found defective.
Return requests will be rejected if any accessories or original packaging are missing.
Please retain the original packaging until the return window closes, as it is required for safe return shipping.
When returning the product, pack it securely in its original packaging without taping or gluing directly on the product or box.
All included accessories must be returned along with the product.
Refunds for payments made via our payment gateway will be credited back to the original payment method. For bank transfers and COD orders, refunds will be processed to the buyer’s bank account.
Refunds typically take 7-10 working days to process.
If payment was made using Bajaj EMI, a 5% deduction will apply on cancellations initiated by the buyer.
